- Title: Sun-Dried Tomato Salsa

- Yield: 1 cup

- 1/2 c Sun-dried tomatoes; finely
- Chopped
- 1/2 c Black olives
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 tb Fresh basil
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1 ts Red wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients until well blended. Season with salt &
- papper to taste.
- This is a good salsa to accompany seafood.
